Rooted in a Love of Nature

I’m Yvelise Perez, the gardener behind Gardens of Yve. Gardens of Yve grew from my love of gardening, pollinators, and the small details that make outdoor spaces feel alive.

My own garden is a place of discovery. Watching plants develop and noticing the relationships between flowers, caterpillars, butterflies, and birds have deepened my curiosity and inspired me to share that connection with others.

Through virtual garden consultations, I offer a welcoming space to ask questions, explore ideas, and find a direction for your outdoor space. I bring thoughtful horticultural guidance to our conversations while listening to what matters most to you.

Inspired by Life in My Garden

The first Gardens of Yve shirt was inspired by a butterfly I have come to know closely in my own garden: the Monarch.

What began with the discovery of my first chrysalis soon became something I looked forward to each season. I watched caterpillars grow, observed their transformations, cared for them along the way, and finally released the butterflies back into the garden.

This design is a small reflection of those experiences and of the quiet wonder that comes from paying close attention to the life unfolding around us.
